MEET THE COACH

Being a focused, process improvement leader and coach for over 30 years, Mike Mallwitz has gained considerable knowledge and best practices that he has used and shared with others. Supporting the improvement of businesses, professionals and volunteer organizations is his main objective. Having spent most of his professional career as a leader and executive in the Manufacturing industry, he has obtained an extensive understanding of the major facets of managing a best-in-class operation with a culture rooted in respect and continuous improvement.

In 2017, Mike was honored to be selected as a Group Chair for Vistage Worldwide, a professional development organization for CEOs, presidents, business owners and key executives as a small business group leader – and continues to grow local leaders.

Mike’s leadership style can be described as an intense listener who challenges, yet is a deeply caring coach.

What else you should know about Mike? 

In addition to professional affiliations, he finds a great foundation in his faith journey as a member of the United Church of Christ. This enables Mike to lead from a place of kindness, empathy, and wisdom. 

One of the greatest joys in life is serving others and spending time with his wife, children and first grandchild. He enjoys listening to a variety of music (the 1950s – present) and supporting the Milwaukee Bucks, Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers.
